At The Shrunks, we take design and safety very seriously. Which is why we stand behind every product we sell. FOR LIFE. That’s right, for as long as you own your Shrunks product!
Every Shrunks product goes through a careful testing process before leaving the factory, to make sure everything works as it should right out of the box. Defects are very rare, but in the manufacturing process, this is sometimes very difficult to avoid. So, let us worry about that, so you can focus on spending more time with your family instead.
The Airtight™ Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as:
- Leak from air valve
- Leak from broken seam
- Faulty pump
- Broken carrying bag
Note: Normal wear and tear, puncture, abrasion, misuse and abuse of the product is not covered.
Contact us here, and we will arrange to have a replacement sent to you. It’s that simple! *Proof of purchase from an Authorized Shrunks Dealerrequired. Must be original owner. Shipping costs will be covered by The Shrunks.

Registration
We highly recommend you register your product with us. In the unlikely event of a recall, we will be able to notify you easily. Fill out the registration form here.
Returns
Request for refund must be made within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Product must be unopened, in its original packaging and be purchased from an Authorized Shrunks Retailer.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products on our website as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be an accurate representation of our products.
