Thanks for shopping with The Shrunk's Family Toy Company!

We hope you enjoy your new purchase, and we're grateful for your business. We're a small company with real human beings (not just web pages and computers), so we really do appreciate your order. We do our best to offer the coolest products (products that we collect ourselves), and helpful, responsive customer service. We have developed what we believe is a fair return policy as stated on our web site; please note that by purchasing goods from The Shrunk's Family Toy Company, you have agreed to the following terms.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders placed by noon EST are normally processed and shipped within approximately 1 business day from the date your order was placed.

**Please be aware any orders placed on or after a release date will be delayed and may incur up to 48 hours of additional processing time.
The Shrunks' site currently accepts payment by Visa and MasterCard. All noted currency is listed in US dollars.

SALES TAX
Tax may be applied to your order if it ships from the same state or province as your shipping address. In this case, the order total that you see at checkout will be adjusted to add in the tax amount appropriate for your location. You can elect to be notified if tax applies to your order by email.

SHIPPING METHODS WITHIN THE USA:
We use UPS to ship orders. Packages shipped using UPS are trackable and insured. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.

WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING DOMESTIC UPS SERVICES:
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground. Please take order processing time into account when selecting your shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS AND CUSTOMS DETAILS:
Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. The Shrunk's Family Toy Company will not accept returns resulting from a recipient's refusal to pay any of these fees. The Shrunk's Family Toy Company is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.

We now offer UPS Worldwide Express. Prices may vary depending on the weight and size of your order.

SHIPPING COST:
Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. If you wish to check your shipping charges before you make a purchase, add items to your cart and click the "check out" button.

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:
Please be aware that any free shipping offers available on our website apply only to customers shipping within the USA and are shipped by UPS Ground.

PRODUCT RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Because the items sold on The Shrunk's Family Toy Company are extremely difficult for us to buy and bring into the U.S.A., we can only offer customers with defective merchandise the option of a refund or an exchange if the item purchased is still available. All other returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-914-1118 prior to sending your return.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
Please note: The Shrunk's Family Toy Company will only accept defective returns for items that are received in their original packaging; blister cards, accessories, plastic packaging, and anything else that came with the item must be included as well. If your return does not meet these conditions, you'll be charged a 15% re-stocking fee or have your defective merchandise returned to you. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

UDU DOLL RETURNS:
Most of the UDU Dolls we sell are collectibles, made in limited runs and are hand-stitched. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and most often enhance the value. However, if your UDU Doll has a significant defect right out of the box (i.e. the UDU doll has a tear, thread stitch missing, etc.), we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged doll. You must contact us within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the date of receipt, using the procedure listed below.

If you are not a happy with the UDU character received, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt for a full refund. Due to the limited availability of our UDU Doll characters, we will do our best to exchange for the character you want. However, another choice may have to be made if the character you want is unavailable. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-914-1118 prior to sending your return to make sure we have the character you desire. Finally, please follow the instructions provided below on how to make a return.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Contact The Shrunk's Family Toy Company by telephone at 1-888-914-1118 within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of receipt. Let us know what the problem is, and we'll give you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN). Follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Service Department, use suitable packing materials (please send it back in a shipping box for safety!), and make sure to write your RAN on the outside of your shipping box. Our returns department will refuse orders that are returned without an RAN. Once the return is received you will be contacted via email. It's that simple.
